We offer proactive maintenance and 24/7 support through our specialised helpdesk, which helps you within the minute in Dutch, French or English. 90% of problems are resolved remotely. If it is nevertheless necessary for one of our technicians to come on site, we do so within the SLA (Service Level Agreement) agreed with you. Is the situation critical? Then we guarantee that we will be on site within 4 hours. This way, your charging infrastructure remains operational at all times.
