From 1 September 2026, members of Opdrachtencentrale, a central purchasing body that awards Belgian framework agreements, can order complete solutions from E+Drive and JACOPS nv under the new framework agreement. From charging stations and groundworks to battery storage, solar panels and smart energy management. You work with one contract and one point of contact for your entire project.
Faster from investment decision to working charging station
Opdrachtencentrale puts framework agreements out to tender on behalf of its affiliated public organisations. As a member, you therefore do not have to run a new public procurement procedure for each project. You order under the terms of the existing agreement and work directly with the designated contractor. The agreement runs for four years and can be extended by one year.

Even after completion, E+Drive remains involved. With CPO and MSP services, charging points can be professionally managed and overseen, with support including monitoring, access, billing and the administrative processing of charging sessions.

Does battery storage pay off at your site? If so, we include it in the design. You make better use of your available grid capacity, smooth out your consumption peaks and keep locally generated energy on your own premises for longer.
